
Dr. Dimitrios Kalogeropoulos
Dr. Dimitrios Kalogeropoulos is a pioneer in agentic AI, and a committed advocate for the ethical, inclusive, and responsible use of AI.
He is Chief Executive of the Global Health & Digital Innovation Foundation and serves as Health Executive in Residence at UCL’s Global Business School for Health, where he also serves on the MBA/EMBA Health External Advisory Board.
With more than three decades of experience in global health and innovation, Dr. Kalogeropoulos has advised leading international organisations, including the World Health Organization (WHO), the European Commission, and the World Bank.
He is an active contributor to the WHO/Europe Strategic Partners Initiative for Data and Digital Health and has played a key role in shaping international policy frameworks to advance healthcare accessibility, system resilience, and sustainable, patient-centred innovation.
He is the incoming Chair of the IEEE European Public Policy Committee and leads several global initiatives at the intersection of health, technology, and equity.
